I loved this movie. Tuner is basically a heist movie wrapped inside a slice-of-life drama about music, loss, and finding a purpose after your life doesn't go the way you planned. The setup is great. My second favorite music focused crime thriller about a hearing impaired young man falling in love while getting in over his head with a quasi friendly criminal to help provide for an elderly figure who cared for him after losing his parents.
